I submitted Redneck Jokes for an update. After a week in the apple review process, I got a response. It wasn’t great…
At this time, Redneck Jokes and More cannot be posted to the App Store due to an issue encountered during the review process. In order for your application to be considered for the App Store, please re-upload your binary to iTunes Connect.
Okay, I added the bold for enunciation. No further message was receieved.
… The only thing I can figure out is that I built the binary wrong. If that is the case, common… tell me it won’t open at least. UGH!
I will be submitting more applications to the App Store in the coming weeks, but I am not off to a good start.

It would be nice if they told you what the issue is.
Its not a rejection but an email saying they have lost the binary or it has somehow become corrupted! I had this at Christmas…
It’s evidently *their* fault, not your fault. I don’t see how you could create an issue with the review unless you entered the review room swinging a large stick or something.
Still, troubling to see this. (Especially as I have had an app up for review for 11 days now with just one “additional time” letter to show for it.
I received this “rejection” message once when submitting an update. I swear I build the app correctly and I am confident that it was an error on their behalf. Unfortunately, it cost me a week and additional sales due to their error.
Hopefully they don’t mess up your binary again!
