For some reason its fun to know what tools people use to make the things they use. What did they use to build that house, ink that comic book, write that book, put up that sky scrapper.... or in my case build that software program. Rob Jensen of Des Moines, IA puts together a local to our region web site called: usesthis-sp.com. This week he had me answer a few questions about the hardware and software I use on day to day basis to do the things we do at Ninth Division. Here is my "Uses This with Andy Peters" article.

I wonder after writing all of that, in a year how different my answers would be?!

I've been bugging Hasani for a while now to get into blogging. One day I looked up and he is writing tons of great stuff on his fresh new Tumblr blog. I was happy, because he has tons of great opinions, ideas, thoughts that need to be written. He tells me this is his scratch pad, what he'll use to organize his opinions, thoughts, sites, etc to write good content for Ninth Division's site. Perfect!

Year Zero? Isn't that a Nine Inch Nails album? Yeah. That's not at all what this update is about. This past year for Ninth Division has not been the first year of business. It's been the incubation time for the company. 2010 is a time for true birth and growth. Year Zero was an album from a band that I truly admire... and Ninth Division is as much a business as it is a band.

Being in a band to make it somewhere is just like running a business that you want to carry into the years to come. When I look at how I run Ninth Division, I think about it as if it were a band.
